meet dana collins

Dana Collins is founder and chief organizing officer of ARRANGED, LLC, one of Northern New Jersey’s leading professional organizing and productivity companies. Dana is renowned for her professional skills and accessible approach which consistently empower people to unlock their potential. 


Dana is a Professional Organizer with the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and earned advanced Specialist Certificates in Workplace Productivity and Residential Organizing. Certificates are held by less than 7% of NAPO's 3,500 members, further distinguishing Dana from others in her field. She joined the board of the NAPO-Northern New Jersey chapter as Director of Marketing in May 2020.

What sets Dana apart is her unique blend of curiosity, creativity, and positivity… her keen observational skills… and her wealth of organizing and productivity knowledge. Dana and her team are highly communicative, collaborative and responsive, and as detail-oriented problem solvers, they employ a systematic approach, managing every task with a commitment to helping you achieve your vision for your space.

Dana's passion for helping people better manage their space, belongings and time extends to helping those in need through the community service projects she has organized for three decades. She is an active member of the national NAPOCares Committee dedicated to promoting social responsibility amongst her peers. Her article on how professional organizers can give back to their communities is featured on NAPO's National Get Organized & Be Productive Blog.


As a member of the NAPO Northern New Jersey Marketing Committee, she arranged a team of 14 professional organizers to undertake an organizational overhaul at a non-profit in Newark, NJ, in January 2020. Watch a video of the transformation here. 


Previously, Dana spent her career at Moody’s Investors Service, FirstService Residential, Conduent and Cablevision where she held senior roles in corporate communications, event planning, project and crisis management, marketing and philanthropy. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston University.
